The MOU was officially signed by Mr. Kashif Qureshi, Executive Director of RUDA, and Mr. Khalil Choudhary, President of UPTIB, in the esteemed presence of Rizwan Sulehria , Chairman of UPTIB and International Business & Professional Corporation (IBPC). The event was attended by prominent members of the UK business community and IBPC representatives.
