On 24 July 2025, I had the profound honour of being called to the Bar at The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn — a moment that marks the realisation of a long-held dream. Seeing my name published in the register of one of the world’s most prestigious Inns of Court is both humbling and deeply fulfilling, a reflection of perseverance, dedication, and the unwavering support of those who stood by me.
This achievement is especially dedicated to my late father, Ch. Ghulam Sabir Sulehria (Advocate High Court) — a man whose integrity, wisdom, and quiet strength continue to inspire every step I take. Though he is no longer with us, his values remain my guiding light, shaping the lawyer and person I aspire to become.
As Rumi beautifully said:
“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
In his memory, I renew my commitment to a career grounded in justice, service, and purpose — the very ideals he embodied.
To everyone who has supported me along this journey — thank you. This milestone is not an end, but the beginning of a lifelong pursuit of excellence and integrity in the field of law.
