An emergency meeting of legal professionals and community representatives was held in London to address the circulation of false and fabricated social media videos. The meeting was attended by Rizwan Sulehria, Chairman of the International Lawyers Club UK (ILCUK) and Principal Solicitor at Briton Solicitors, along with Director Hafiz Abdul Ghani and other prominent members of the legal community.
Participants strongly condemned the malicious content and reaffirmed their commitment to pursuing appropriate legal action against those responsible. Key decisions included the initiation of civil and criminal proceedings, escalation of the matter before the High Court of England and Wales, and the establishment of a joint legal fund to support coordinated legal responses to similar incidents in the future.
